3. Go
to your blackberry phone MENU.
4. Locate
“Options”
5. Go
to “Security Options”
6. Now,
”Security Wipe”
Note:
the blackberry phone will delete all the files on your phone. Make sure you
have backup all your necessary files.
Now
scroll down to “enter (blackberry) to confirm device wipe:
Do
not tick the Emails, Contacts, etc., user Installed Applications and Media Card
with this you will not lose your applications, contact and emails although your
Media Card has been removed already.
Enter
“blackberry” in the column and click on wipe.
Wait
for some minutes till your blackberry phone completed wiped.
Your
blackberry phone will restart itself be patience.
After
all the above applied your blackberry phone will be 100% OK.

Make sure you copied/backup all your files in to a saved and secured
